2. Enter the order details, click the refund button and follow the prompts to apply for a refund.
3.The refund application will be processed within 2 hours of working hours. Please note that the refund processing time may be slow, and the processing time of your bank will prevail.
Thailand Train Rescheduling Rules:
- A rescheduling fee of 20% is charged if the change is made more than 4 days before departure.
- A rescheduling fee of 30% is charged if the change is made more than 3 days before departure.
- A rescheduling fee of 50% is charged if the change is made more than 2 days before departure.
- Rescheduling is not supported within 2 days before departure.
Only one change of time is allowed, and changes to the departure and destination locations are not permitted. Rescheduling can only be made to available dates, and no further rescheduling or refunds are supported after the first change.
Note: Any difference in fare due to rescheduling is not refunded by the station (e.g., the difference between first class and second class is not refunded), and the final rescheduling results are based on the Thai railway system.
Thailand Train Refund Rules:
- Refunds can be made more than 24 hours before departure, with a refund fee of 80%, and the ticket issuance service fee is non-refundable (subject to the actual amount refunded).
