Japanese train ticket refund and rescheduling regulations

The steps to apply for a refund:

2. Enter the order details, click the refund button and follow the prompts to apply for a refund.

3.The refund application will be processed within 2 hours of working hours. Please note that the refund processing time may be slow, and the processing time of your bank will prevail.

Japanese trains have relatively strict refund and rescheduling policies, and there are differences between different trains, different ticket types, and different railway companies. Generally speaking, the earlier you cancel, the lower the handling fee.

Refund regulations

Non-refundable tickets:

Some special tickets, group tickets, designated seat tickets, etc., are usually non-refundable once purchased.
