2. Enter the order details, click the refund button and follow the prompts to apply for a refund.
3.The refund application will be processed within 2 hours of working hours. Please note that the refund processing time may be slow, and the processing time of your bank will prevail.
Morocco Train Rescheduling Rules:
-If changes are made more than 1 day before departure, the departure time can be changed for free once, but the departure and destination cannot be modified, and the seat type cannot be modified.
-If modifications are not supported within 24 hours before departure
Only one change of time is allowed, and changes to the departure and destination locations are not permitted. Rescheduling can only be made to available dates, and no further rescheduling or refunds are supported after the first change.
Note: Any difference in fare due to rescheduling is not refunded by the station (e.g., the difference between first class and second class is not refunded), and the final rescheduling results are based on the Morocco railway system.
