Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode is a program designed by Visa/MasterCard to provide merchants with security for issuing banks to authenticate individual cardholders and approve payment transactions for fraud protection or refunds.

If your issuing bank has already enabled the 3D Secure program for your card, namely Verified by Visa (for Visa cards) or MasterCard SecureCode (for MasterCard cards), you will need to enter a code to authorize payment. Some banks require customers to set a fixed code, while others send random codes to customers' phone numbers through SMS or applications for payment transaction verification.

If our payment gateway displays an error message 'Unable to authenticate through 3D Secure program', you should confirm with your bank whether your card is activated for online shopping and registered in Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
